OOA was formed amongst three (3) certified public accountants sometime in July 1996. All of the partners have extensive work experiences in private and public practice prior to forming the partnership. Due to the increasing number of clients, and to satisfactorily serve them, a number of qualified CPAs were admitted to the partnership from 2005 up to present.

Employing the competence of around 130 personnel, the firm offers a wide range of services including but not limited to audit and assurance, tax and corporate services, advisory services, processing of documentary requirements with various government agencies and other services.

Wilfredo Uy

Managing Partner

"Fred", A seasoned finance professional. He began his career at Golay Buchel Philippines Incorporated, a Swiss manufacturing company, as their accountant. He then transitioned to Extraordinary Development Corporation, where he first led the Customer Management group, overseeing client account status. He later headed their Financial Accounting Section. Fred is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of De La Salle University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting.

Maila M. Paredes

Partner

"Mai", is a highly experienced auditing professional. Before becoming a partner in 2005, she honed her skills at SGV & Company, CPAs, where she gained five years of valuable auditing experience. She then established and led the Internal Audit Department at Extraordinary Development Corporation for nearly six years. Mai also provided project consultancy to BPO International Inc. A consistent high-achiever, she graduated Cum Laude from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1991 and passed the CPA board exam that same year. She furthered her professional development by completing the Executive Training Program sponsored by EDC in 1999.

Laarni M. Aquino

Partner

"Arni", is a seasoned auditing professional. She began her career in 2007 at the firm, quickly rising through the ranks from audit associate to audit manager in just six years, gaining extensive audit experience. In 2013, she became a Junior Partner. Before joining the firm, Arni served as Comptroller at Royal Accent Group of Companies for four years. She graduated Cum Laude from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2002 and passed the CPA board exam later that year.

Domingo S. Vitales Jr.

Partner

"Jayar", is a experienced auditing professional. He began his audit career with the firm in June 2006, working his way up from Audit Associate to Audit Manager while handling a variety of clients. After gaining over nine years of valuable experience, he was promoted to Junior Partner in 2016. Jayar graduated from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in April 2005 and passed the CPA board exam in May 2006.

Junabelle M. Angeles

Partner

"Juna", a rising star in the auditing field. She joined the firm as a junior auditor in December 2015 and quickly advanced, achieving the position of Junior Partner in May 2022. Junabelle graduated Cum Laude from Batangas State University ARASOF Campus in April 2015 and passed the CPA Board Examination that October.
